Excellent customer service at checkouts and sales floor, except that at soda fountains the ladies who serve are very despotic and respond in a very rude manner, apart from the fact that the food does not taste good.

It's a good place for quick shopping or pickup. The problem is that it is more expensive for the pantry and don't say the security guards behind you as if you were going to steal it is their job but just don't make the customer uncomfortable so they learn to work

The classes seem good to me, they have a good study program and the teachers are always attentive to you, in addition to the fact that the price is affordable compared to other schools, and the place is very central.

What's up with your security disk. All the security guards follow you and stare at you, the experience is super uncomfortable, obviously it is their job but they don't know how to do it. In customer service it is always empty, there is never anyone, it takes me at least 10 minutes waiting for someone to receive my empty water jug. All their service is very bad. The organization of the store is meaningless; Why would cereal be next to toilet paper? Everything very poorly distributed

I have a big problem with security. I'm walking into the store and they're already after you. I understand that it is their job, but it is disrespectful to me that they are so invasive, it is more than clear to me that we are not the only complaint in their way of addressing and harassing. You don't even finish shopping because of the bad time they already put you through. The cashiers are super slow and don't even seem well trained. They are slow even to put a number. And in customer service you are always alone, do I really have to wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive to assist me? Likewise in technology, 20 minutes before someone could sell me an Alexa, I went out to do more pending things, came back and it was still empty. Run the security or train them at least
